Pelvic Health

As a member of Pelvic Health Professionals, I continue my education on the latest in science and techniques to help you enjoy pelvic health. Sessions are customized for your particular body challenges, including but not limited to, Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, SI joint pain, Diastasis Recti, Pregnancy/Postpartum, Pelvic and Low Back Pain.

Stress Management

Research has shown that regular yoga can help mitigate all types of stress. In these BYOS (Build Your Own Stress-Relief) sessions, discover exactly what you need to build a practice that allows you to let go of stress and get back to the things you enjoy in life. These sessions pair well with the Wellness Tune-Up.

Restorative

The art of rest takes practice and patience. In these gentle sessions, learn to bring the breath and body into alignment for healing and restoration. The use of props makes these sessions easily accessible and customizable. Enjoy deeper states of relaxation.

Active Recovery

No Pain-No Gain is a myth. Active Recovery is NOT optional! Using the latest research on stress, performance, longevity and healing; then applying it to the practice of yoga, to help athletes...
